Enrollment Priority for Christ the King Lutheran School
Classroom Enrollments will be capped at a maximum of 25 students per grade. (Additional students may be enrolled on case-by-case basis with approval from the Board of Education). We encourage all to register. Even if we are at an enrollment of 25+ at a particular grade level, that does not mean that enrollment is "closed" for that grade level. At that point we will look at our staffing options and determine how to best meet the needs.
Priority for Enrollment should classroom-size exceed 25 students:
1: Member Family Children of Immanuel-Sebewaing, St. Paul-Unionville, and current CTK Families
2. Family Children of St. Peter-Bach, and St. John-Kilmanagh
3. New Community Families (not members at any of the above mentioned congregations)
4. *** Kindergarten Only: In addition to above criteria:
-
Students must by 5 years of age by September 1.
-
All Kindergarten students are required to be screened by our Kindergarten teacher prior to enrolling at Christ the King.
-
Those who do not meet the age guidelines must still be screened and must pass the screening in order to enroll, provided there are spaces available.
-
Any child meeting the age guidelines will have enrollment priority over children not yet 5 years of age by the stated date.
Families of St. Peter-Bach and St. John-Kilmanagh are asked to notify their congregation of their intent to send their child(ren) to Christ the King Lutheran School as we have a cooperative arrangement with these congregations.
